Bumptop

Often our desktop screen mirrors our life. For example a cluttered screen with a plethora of icons and folders often indicates that our lives are also very cluttered with extraneous "stuff". Now, someone has found a new way to organize both our desktop and perhaps our lives. Watch the video and give me your thoughts in 50 or more words by Sunday 9/25 at midnight

  1. It is true most desktops are cluttered. It was really cool how he could put icons in stacks and push them out like a deck of cards or flip through them. It seemed very organized. It is also cool you can delete one icon at a time out of the stack and push the icons around.

  2. I thought the idea that he offered was very unique. Most desktops are messy and disorganized. All the different things he could do with the icons was very interesting. This was very cool and entertaining to me. I would probably play with the icons most of the time, than actually opening and using them.

  5. I thought this new program was reall cool He deffinatly made some great points with the normal things we do with our clutter and now to be able to orginize how we want and nnot be so boring it makes it all seem more real but I think it has Its down points to because this may cause more people to be on electronics more and we lose the old connection we had in books and paper creases and being messy but we sent just staring at the screen

  6. The bumptop was cool. I liked how all he did was just move an icon over to move another. It was funny how it took 5 small icons to move 1 big icon. I also thought it was cool how many different ways he organized the icons like turning them into stacks or like a deck of cards.

  7. This is a very unique and new way to use your desktop. I thought the idea was great and very original. I have never seen anything like it. It provides entertainment to the normally very average and boring use of the desktop. I hope to one day get this program on my computer.

  8. i think that it is very original but i wouldnt use it personally because i enjoy having things more organized instead random chaos where i would have to search for the icon i was looking for. i like the new toolbar i got for my computer because i can make them do a lot of cool things and i can even change the way they react and look and where they are etc. this way is original but i wouldnt switch to it because i wouldnt be organized with it

  9. I thought this was a very interesting and unique idea. I would love to have this program on my computer to use. It was neat how he piled things and could do a lot of things with the icons. He was right about how our current desktop can be very cluttered and boring, and with this new "bumptop" its more fun and we can organize it how we'd like.

  10. I thought it was really cool how on the desktop that he could make it to where it is like your own desk. The idea looks very unique and will really clean up our desktops. The toolbar is cool and i think that we can clean up our lives in a similar way.

  11. Well i think it is a pretty descent and organised way of arranging files.I like the way he tosses files around like garbage and the way he compresses the file and make them larger.I really like his idea and i think it should be the new arrangement of desktop.Overall it was a pretty cool software.
